Executive Mentoring and Coaching
We have supported a range of senior staff at different times in their career, helping them as individuals to identify their goals and supporting them as they work through changes to make their working life more fulfilling and productive.
We focus on building strong relationships and trust with those whom we coach or mentor, to help them identify what is relevant and important about their goals, and through regular sessions to overcome barriers and rise to new challenges.
Clients (who can't of course be named) include company Directors and Chief Executives, a senior manager who is "acting up" during recruitment, a local authority head of services with staffing issues, senior and middle managers whose organisations are undergoing major change, and a manager going through a grievance and disciplinary process.
